- 1 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. rye flour
- seeds (handful of each kind--I use flax, sunflower, and pumpkin)
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 TBS milk powder
- scant 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 c. water
- 1.5 tsp yeast
